As I was spitting through my old New Year’s Resolutions lists I used to share with my cousin, I realized that most of those resolutions never became reality. The reason why they didn’t was because I just didn’t stick to a plan after writing the resolutions down. Because I never was a big fan of resolutions that are postponed to the first of January and thrown away at the 9th of the same month, I decided to skip the evil ‘1st of January-Curse’ and introduce 30-day challenges starting the first of December. Every month, I’m dedicated to do or learn something that I’ve always wanted to do someday. My first 30-day challenge was becoming a vegan. As I don’t believe animal products are necessarily healthy for us humans, I wanted to see for myself if all the positive effects I read about also applied to me. So here we go! read more..
